It's a nice clean area with lots of sand for the kids to play. The water is usually nice and warm since the late is not huge. Free is also nice.

Found this gorgeous area by mistake. We had just moved in our new house and I was stressed. I took a drive down country roads and found it.  The water by the beach area is clear. The sand is clean and there is a playground right on the beach. It is the my 2nd favorite smaller lake. Lake Michigan always wins over every lake but I am glad I found this little gem.

Best park in the nearby area. Amazing trails and forest. Nice beach. Great for walking your dogs or taking photos.
