I may have never been here but tell me something how is this hotel better than the Hazbin hotel? Give me three reasons
I was laying down on the bed under the sheet and blanket and I noticed something small moving! I immediately jumped up and turned on the light, and it was a brown roach! I don't do bugs so I freaked out and called the front desk. The manager came with a snotty attitude so after a little argument, I requested my money back and he said that I wouldn't get the full amount because I messed up the bed. I said no I'm getting my full refund. As I was putting on my coat, in which was sitting on the bed before I moved it to the little dresser, it was a roach crawling on my coat! I freaked the hell out completely! I've never been so disgusted in my entire life! The front desk people tried to give me back $25 when I paid $60! I said I'll accept $40 because I stayed there hours and I didn't feel like arguing. Don't come to this motel, poor service and poor cleanliness!
ZERO STARS!!! BED BUGS!!! STAY AWAY!! NO REFUND SCAM!!! I rarely give reviews that are bad, but in all honesty this was the single worst experience we have ever had. Paid $60.00 first, then asked to see the room; it looked like a murder scene, blood stains on the mattress, signs of bedbugs in the crease of the mattress, bug poop and bloodstains on the wall with foul odor. When I asked for a refund, the manager held my money in his hands and said he would give me $20, I actually had to physically snatch MY money from his hand. I think this is a scam he does often. In my opinion, it was not up for negotiation, as we had paid cash and looked at the room in a 10 minute time frame. No one should have to grab their own money and I see from a previous review that he only gave $40.00 back to another person.
Smelled of cigarette smoke upon opening the door. I took bleach cleaner and wiped the sink down and so much gunk came off the faucet. Then I sprayed the bathroom sink and toilet down it was disgusting what came off the toilet seat. There was a cup with water and lip prints on it left on the sink. I stayed about two hours gave my key back and went to another place. I wouldn't touch the bed I sat on a towel on the chair. I just couldn't stay there. I should have know something was up after he charged my card points to the no refund sign. No they don't earn that star but that's the only way I could post.
Called to get a price on a room and he kept saying hard to say no avaliblitys... so your telling me you can't even give a price range for a one person room... bad customer service.
Hazbin Hotel has got nothing on the Jim Williams hotel. Rooms now $35 a night. Kid stole the '3'.
