I couldn't say a bad word about this family run business if i tried.  Robbie the repair guy is amazing.  He is efficient with his time, and incredibly productive, resourceful and results oriented.  After Hot Tub Service plus told me it was going to cost more than $1200 to fix my tub, Robbie came and fixed the whole thing for $400.  Not to mention due to a tragedy I needed Robbie to return to drop the hot tub and he dropped everything and came, even though I am a new client.  I am so so happy.

Great products & best service in town. The staff at Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs have their customer's best interests in mind. 

They're staff are extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. Throughout every step of the way we felt 100% supported in our decisions and never felt like we were being "sold". 

I can't even begin to tell you the ways in which they have exceeded our expectations. If you're looking to purchase a hot tub, this is the place to come.

We had the pleasure of being served above and beyond - way beyond - by Peter, Rob and staff. We were (are) thoroughly pleased with the hot tub and service. What may have started as a sales pitch was instead a very sincere and detailed educational experience with guaranteed future service as well. We highly recommend Lakeshore Pools & Hot Tubs to anyone considering this major purchase. You will not receive better caring, professional, timely and expert service from anyone else in the field. Confident professionals. We have just started the weekly maintenance program with Lakeshore Pools and already we feel confident that all is under control. Our pool is in a very leafy environment and Katherine has already done a great job of diagnosing and treating the pool. Our contacts with the office staff have been equally friendly and encouraging. We look forward to a great pool season with their help.

More than your average pools and hot tub store!! The Lakeshore Pool and Hot Tub makes you feel like you are part of the family in this family run business.  Excellent customer service and knowledge is what makes them stand out from all other pool/hot tub stores. 
We have a 12 year old Beachcomber hot tub that has been almost trouble free thanks largely to their expert advice. 👍🏻👍🏻
