Spent Labor Day weekend here with my camper. Very nice park!! They maintained the grounds very well and we had a great view of the sandy beach. Staff here was also very pleasant to deal with and very helpful when it came to questions with my camper as it was the first time i took it out and new to the camping scene. I had also utilized the shower house on site and it was extremely clean! No bugs whatsoever and not a speck of dirt to be found. Very impressed with this place and will most certainly be returning. Traverse City was only about 20 mins away so you can hit the downtown city scene and return to camping on the same day to relax. Excellent location.

This was the cleaning campground I have ever camped at. Facilities and all! Each site is nicely spaced out and has at least a tree to a few trees on each site providing quality shade. Don is the owner and he is the sweetest man! He was so helpful and incredibly kind. We will definitely be returning.

Great campground! Exceptionally well taken care of. Friendly and informative staff. Pontoon boat rental was fabulous! We will be back.

Made last minute plans to tent camp here during a cycling tour. Staff was really friendly and went out of their way to help us out. Cleanest campground facility I've been to
