Hilltop Log Lodge

This cabin was fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms and was very clean. There were enough TV's so others could watch what they wanted. We loved eating in the dining room. Would definitely enjoy another stay here.Rooms: 5/5

From the moment I laid eyes on the lodge, I was impressed with its beauty. There are so many spectacular views in the house which add to the peaceful setting. The kitchen has everything you need to make this place feel like home. With a few families, the game room kept kids of all ages and adults happily entertained. Kids had so much fun sledding outside too. It’s a fantastic location close to many wineries and activities. Highly recommend this lodge for your next vacation to the great state of Michigan!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The lodge itself is spacious and has beautiful views from almost every room. Everything about the lodge is unique - from the design of the house itself to the hand crafted furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked! The game room was a perfect hangout spot for the kids, and the adults loved sitting around the fireplace in the massive great room. The location is also fantastic - minutes away from all that Traverse City has to offer. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with family friends and all of our kids. We can’t say enough great things! The house is massive, plenty of space for everyone to the privacy. It is fully equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen making it so easy to feel like you’re at home. The game room is a favorite spot- ping pong, pool, card table, tv, bar. And you cannot beat the views. Stunning views of the bay and the surrounding nature. We came up during the winter and the driveway made for an excellent sledding hill, with a convenient mudroom right off the garage for an easy “drop spot”. Close to wineries, TC, and Leland. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely gorgeous!!  From the inside to the outside this house was amazing and luxurious.  Perfect for families or an adult getaway with spacious bedrooms that were private and quiet, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor decks, grill, huge great room that had the perfect cozy atmosphere and a game room that kept both kids and adults entertained for hours.  Close to downtown Travse City, wineries, breweries and lots of winter activities on the property or a short drive. An amazing experience no matter your interests!!

Fantastic place. Well appointed for a large group. The location is great for exploring the Leelanau pensinsula and Traverse City. Several of the bedrooms have skylights that don't have curtains, so early light in the summer can be a problem. Same goes for the loft room, lots of windows without curtains/blinds so be prepared to wake up with the sun.

This lodge is amazing! From the bay view from the deck to the game room to the great room, this vacation wonder has EVERYTHING you need for the most spectacular vacation. We shared a great week here with friends and would love to come back!

Beautiful location along M22 near Traverse City. Not terribly far from the Cherry Airport. The view is amazing. Considering for next family reunion. The owner builds cabins and constructed this one.
