We loved our experience in your store. Myriam led us to exactly the sofa we were looking for. She helped us pick out the fabric and the pillows to match. We couldn't have hoped for better service. An overall terrific experience! I was looking for new furniture for our family room. Jamil greeted me when I entered and then let me look around on my own for a bit before coming to see if I needed help. He was very knowledgeable about the products and I liked his easy approach. He suggested the help of a LaZ Boy designer, Laura. They both came to our home that same day, measured and discussed preferences and options. A few days later we met again to go over the design. We made some minor changes, but Laura pretty much hit a home run with both colour & style. This was a comfortable, stress free experience! Even my husband enjoyed it!

My husband and I had a great experience at this LZ Boy store on Progress Ave thanks to Jamil Ahmed He was so helpful in helping us but his after service care is also excellent Would have no qualms recommending him. However, do not bother buying the extended warranty they insist you get. Its not worth the paper its written on. It was a waste of money!

We went to this location back in August and talked to Heather about getting some pieces for our home. We ended up waiting until October to go back and had both Heather and Norm help us out. Service was great and they’re super friendly! Totally worth the visit and purchase!

Our designer Laura who helped us was really amazing, she's a talented and responsible designer. She attended the whole events from measuring room spaces to choosing furniture. She's professional and gave us a lot of useful suggestions. The seller Bill was passion and talkative, he also helped the translations
