Arrow Furniture

Bought a set of couches and some other trinkets. Quality of the furniture was excellent and our salesperson Alex was great. Unfortunately when your own salesperson isn't there, the rest of them will follow you around the entire store and constantly breathe down your neck while your looking. Seriously need to revisit their sales.process

In total, the worst experience ever. I had too much tension and stress when I was buying from this store. They have strange policy which is not common and standard for a company that claims our mission is to exceed our customer's expectations and provide our customers with the best furniture shopping experience . They don`t explain the policy at the time of purchase. What they want is to sell regardless of customer`s satisfaction. Overpriced furniture while mostly manufactured cheaply with low quality in china (it was easily understandable, when I assembled two tables from that store at home). I won`t recommend this store to anyone at all. The people working at this store are not supportive at all. I wish I read the previous reviews before entering this store. Please spend your money wisely.

I bought a bed set for my daughter's birthday when I opened the box, bed was broken. I called them right away and sent them pictures but no answer for one week, after follow up everyday they sent me technician and he found another broken part. NOW after 3 weeks they told me to wait for 3 MORE WEEKS TO GET THE PARTS. Is it make sense for you guys?? this parts comes from space or Canada???? this is ridiculous service. All other parts in the middle of my room and my daughter doesn't have enough place to sleep and they just gave us B. S. answers!!!! ANYBODY responsible for that kind of disaster service???

After searching the city for a dining room set we finally found a beautiful one at Arrow Furniture. Not only that, the sales representative, Jennifer helped us to select accessories and paint to compliment the set. Jennifer did a fabulous job and it was a pleasure to deal with her. We will definitely look to Arrow Furniture first for our next purchase. Thanks Jennifer!!!!

Staff are not welcoming at all. Barely even make eye contact with the customers that are walking in to the store. In addition to that the furniture is over priced for the quality. I've only heard awful things about this place and I've finally seen it for myself!
