Where to start?!…. Firstly, I ordered a fridge and dishwasher that were apparently “special order” so took almost a month to arrive. I accepted this as it was an anxiously waited for my new items I was living out of a tiny, tiny fridge for over a month . When it did finally arrive my mom was the one that waited for the drop off. One of the driver’s Ray was extremely rude to my mom and refused to haul my fridge away even though I paid for this service because it “didn’t look like it could fit” and refused to even try even though it got in my house no problem that way. I will give them that when I called to complain about this they did send another team right away who promptly and successfully removed the fridge! Thank you to that team and to Ray, you should find a new job if you can’t figure out how to do it efficiently and politely.nnThen when I came home from work that night , my husband and I immediately noticed the dishwasher was in a poorly taped closed fire table box. When we opened it, it was one of the most revolting things we had ever seen. It was covered in brown sludge, the front of the dishwasher looked like it had been splashed over and over with a white substance. The inside was the WORST part! It had hundreds of dried maggots, stained brown stuffing like material inside, a SPOON in it, and a pile of dry food left at the bottom. It also had one of the most heinous smells I’ve ever smelled coming from it. When I called to complain I was put through the wringer. Told to call back or that I would be called back at least 10 times. Originally told I couldn’t get a refund because it was “special order” but I could come in to pick out a new dishwasher. When asked if I could get another one for the same price I was told “not likely”. They told me they “didn’t check the box” before it was sent out to me and that it came directly from Whirlpool and when asked since when did Whirlpool make fire tables? They had no answer!!nnThey offered no compensation for this extreme mess up and instead just offered to come pick it back up “free of charge”. When it did get picked up they took it out of the box and left the fire table box behind. When I called before this to get it in writing that I will get a refund I was told to call the store the day after it was picked up to “check in on my refund”. I have never had worse service in my life. I never write reviews but this one had me seeing red!! Poor service all around! Get your act together Leons Scarborough!!!

I went to Markham location. Promode the sales person was very helpful and I made my decision and was on my was on my way home within the hour.nDelivery was on time and helpful boys.nOnly thing they didnt do was spray the sofa as I had bought in the insurance and was included. But I too forgot to ask them .nAlways had good luck and service from Leon’s

Great servicenThe individual that came in and out our couch together was very thourough. He noticed it wasn’t put together properly the first time and our concerns of our couch being uneven were confirmed. He pointed out that many pieces are defective and are not even. This is a little disappointing considering how much we spent on this couch as well as how long we waited for our missing piece - 6 MONTHS!!!! It’s the couch piece and not our floor as we tested to ensure. We currently had to put shims under the couch feet of each piece to ensure it was level. However without proper leveling our couch looks lopsided.nHe was so friendly and took great care of putting the couch together and took his time.nnWe would some assistance with this, replacement pieces for our couch please asap

Very happy with my experience with Leon’s Furniture. The delivery arrived exactly when promised, and the sofa looks great so far. The price was very good, and the quality looks excellent. I also appreciated that the delivery team called me one hour before arriving and showed up right on time. Everything went smoothly, and I’m very satisfied with the service. Thank you!

I had a great experience at the Whitby Leon’s location. I was looking for a new fridge and Kevin was very kind, patient, helpful and knowledgable. I visited the store several times until I made my final decision and each time, he was extremely helpful and empathetic with my budget and needs. I recommend this location and I recommend seeing Kevin in the appliance section.nnMy new fridge was delivered today and the old one was hauled out. The delivery team was excellent, they were in and out within 15 minutes.
