GREATWOOD FURNITURE AND MATTRESS

We got our bedroom furniture here. Friendly staff, and price is negotiable. We got a nice set for a nice price. Delivery is also included too. The problem is with the quality of the set, couple days after being delivered the started to peel off the corner and nothing we could do about it. It's been less than a month and the set looks years old, with the wood paneling is chipping away through MINIMAL use. other than that, mattress is comfortable.

Let's just say, it exceeded our expectations!After weeks of going to various furniture showrooms and spending hours online researching for the perfect piece of furniture we finally made it to Greatwood. One stop place to buy nearly any type of furniture, and of any price range and quality. Owners are absolutely amazing people to deal with and they make sure they understand your needs and facilitate best deal for you. Very rare to find honest and nice people nowadays - both are amazing. Delivery boys are professional and delivered everything on time on every purchase we made with smiling face all the time. We already had three rounds of purchase, and for any furniture in future, definitely it will be from the Greatwood. We recommended couple of friends and family and all had equally amazing experience. Beat place to buy furniture. If u r looking for best quality in genuine price, that's the place for u amigo. Delivery guys are awesome and respectful. Not like other furniture store who dnt care abt the stuff. Even the sales person in the store is very professional. It seems like i got my lucky shop for my home furniture. 5 stars seems less for this compared to the service they provide u.

I haven't even gotten my couch yet but I was so happy with the experience. I went to Leon's and they were horrible and I'm so glad I found greatwood furniture . They had better quality and better price. Customer service is amazing

Really a great staff And great store to visit for furniture regarding sales. I am a student in brampton . I needed an affordable furniture set for my new room and these guys helped me alot . I recommend to everyone looking for furniture.

Its a terrible place to buy I order a bed, but they ordered it wrong, for the delivery nobody showed up and nobody called. When they delivered, they didn't brought everything now they promised a second delivery. again nobody showed up and called. Simply not a good customer service, they always promise to call you back but they never call you. It's very frustrating.

Bad customer service,you have to buy before the floor person will help you. I did asked that if it can be checked that package will fit in my trunk or not and I got response that first place the order than they will assist me. I never did expected this kind of response from some sells person ,I can imagine how there after sells service would be. I am sure that I am not going to buy anything from them.
