One of the finest local furniture stores I have been to. As soon as we entered they immediately came to help us. The store was busy, but they took their time and walked us through for what we wanted to buy and kept giving suggestions on what we should and what we shouldn't as mattress is such a thing that you have to be comfortable and you have to have a good night's sleep. Absolutely no pressure tactics or condescending remarks like I know many salesmen in stores do. We had changed our mind about 1 mattress and were going somewhere else, but because of the salesmans no pressure and friendly help we just bought everything we needed. Surely recommend this place for all types of furniture, beds and mattresses, great choices and well priced. And most of all respectful service.

I bought furniture here. The owner said he doesn’t deliver to my location. Meaning I had to rent a truck and bring everything on my own. Which I did, no complains. The moment I unload my furniture I see broken pieces on every piece of furniture I bought. I call to let the store know all I get back is “no one is happy in this world, after your call I am gonna get another complain”. WHAT??? If you keep getting complains everyday means something isn’t right? Long story short, we been shopping from this place for ages, they either forget something, give something broken and when I called to simply let them know they get aggressive. I used to refer them to people all the time but no anymore. The customer service is going downhill, product isn’t returnable even if it’s fully broken. Imagine I bought brand new set of furniture and had to nail them once they arrived to my place. I hope this review does bring some changes to their minds and customers from now on don’t have to face the exact problems that I did. Hint: ask for delivery no matter what they say. Because if they don’t deliver they blame every false or broken piece on you. Good luck.

I absolutely loved the experience I received from this store, and store owner. Everyone was extremely kind and helped me find the furniture I exactly needed. The furniture is very long lasting and has amazing designs. I hope everyone gets the opportunity to become a customer here.

They took my money, but they lost a customer and any potential positive referrals from me. Customer service is so important. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Very bad quality furniture we bought new king size box bed 4 months back. Wood used in making is pathetic when the bed was delivered there was gap in the boxes one side of the bed was taken back to fix it, they took 4 days to deliver it back to us despite calling them several times. Very poor customer service. And instead of wood paper has been used on the outside of the bed and then if you complaint they do not take ownership of anything will never recommend anyone to buy any sought of furniture for them we just waisted our money

Excellent shop to buy mattresses and furnitures of various kinds at really affordable prices. Its genial owner was extremely helpful during our recent visit to the showroom.

Horrible furniture store, owner tells you one thing then does another. When purchasing over 2500 dollars worth of furniture from him we were promised assembly, however, when each of the furniture arrived we were told we would not receive assembly since its very simple like "putting on the legs". What he did not mention was all the other necessary steps before that like attaching 2 halves together and removing wrapping from very heavy furniture. Lastly, his delivery drivers are extremely rude, will argue a great amount with the customer regarding collecting payment, and when they realize they are wrong, they are too proud to apologize. Overall, very unsatisfied, would not recommend to anyone.
