It’s really frustrating that I’m given an estimate of 5-6 months by contract to receive my order and we’re now past 7 months. When I called I was told it’s out of their hands due to COVID; seems like an unreasonable excuse when we’ve been dealing with COVID for over two years… Update: Got our chair finally! The piece is beautiful and very functional- however it arrived damaged due to the delivery service looks like an appliance scratched it. JC Perreault was proactive in arranging someone to come over to fix it still waiting for this service- I’m looking forward to having our piece the way it was intended. For now, I’m still grateful for its comfort!
Absolutely amazing service from Denys Cauchy. Friendly, approachable and not pushy. Let us take our time looking and offered help when appropriate. He was very personable and helped us find the perfect couch that met all the criteria we had. Highly recommend asking for him at LAZYBOY Kirkland.
The service and delivery at the store were great. The product leaves something to be desired. I purchased an L-shaped sectional. The pieces constantly separate. Overall, I am satisfied with the comfort of the couch, and the store, but am disappointed in the quality of the connectors between the different sectional pieces.
The lady greeting us was very kind helping us with the stock they had in house but the waiting time to get the furniture can be up to 8 month!!! Yes, is crazy! But true!
Upholstery fabric pills quickly. I've only had my couch for 9 months and it looks like I've had it for 9 years!! Couch looks great but quality leaves to be desired especially considering the amount of money spent!
I was so frustrated by my buying experience. 3 of the 5 pieces arrived broken of the leather sectional couch I purchased. I had to argue with the store to have it replaced and not just "fixed" It took 9 months to finally get the whole sectional in place as they forgot to re-order. It was a 12 week process to get the original so to get the replacement pieces was the same amount of waiting time however they forgot to place the order and when I called 3 months later looking for replacement pieces I was told we are so sorry we made a huge error, we forgot to place the order and so it was another 12 weeks of waiting. The furniture is not holding up well and it has only been since March 2014 that I received the piece in question. The seat cushions have not held their shape as they have sunk. I have a leather couch I bought at Domon 18 years ago, it still looks fantastic. We didn't pay anywhere near the price we did for the Lazboy couch. I do not recommend Lazboy furniture especially when you consider the price you are paying you would expect better quality than what you are getting.
Completely lied to about upholstery service. They told me the upholstery service was free for life, just so I can buy it! I noticed that one of the older floor models was soft and used up. I expressed concern about not wanting it to be like the older floor models in a few years and also that the lower back wasn't firm enough for me. I was told that the upholstery service was free for life, and that I didnt need to worry how it would be in a few years because it can be upholstered. I was also told that someone would come to my house the day after delivery to make the lower back firmer. Now they are saying that I have to pay for every upholstery! Would have never spent 880$ on a chair knowing this. Lieing to customers to get sales!
Beautiful store. Pleasant and courteous salesperson.. it took me only 3/4 of an hour to order and buy what I had chosen. No pressure of any kind. Would recommend this store any time. Thank you. Looking forward to receive my new chair in about 6 to 8 weeks.
My 85 year old mother just bought a second leather lazyboy chair for $3,000 EACH. When she asked if they could give her a leather conditioner with the chair they said she’d have to buy it! Excuse me?? You get them free everywhere else you purchase leather furniture!! So with a total sale of $6,000 they couldn’t throw in a $30 conditioner?!? Uuugh never again!! First chair came damaged and the repairs were sub par.
Very helpful staff in store. My new sofa arrived Friday, delivered right on schedule in the timeframe promised. Also, delivery guys were lovely and helpful.
