FAKE COUPON. 25% of everything in store!! Wow. Great deal. Surprise, only on regular priced items not on special. I even asked to get 25% of regular price but they refused saying that the flyer price is the new price. I disagreed and said that's a promo price and the 25% should be applied of regular price which was much better then the promo price. They refused to work with me so I retuned the item. Hello Amazon. Same item at a better price and no wasted gaz and customer service frustration. If you do coupons. Make sure it's clear in bigger font the major details of promotion. And not buried in the fine print. This just leaves a poor customer experience. And manager was not one bit sympathetic. There's a new retail landscape and brick and mortar need to up the game.

Great merchandise, well stocked. Very friendly and helpful lady guided us as we purchased chairs and linen. This said, she could have used a hand as she was climbing a ladder to bring down chairs to the floor. Younger staff just stood together and talked among themselves at the front of the stores, while watching her. We ended up helping the nice lady. Other than for the uneven clientele service, this store would have been a 5 stars. The store is well merchandised and full of little gems. Great place to shop for gifting.

Bought expensive set of dishes and a plate cracked with minimal use. It was extremely difficult to get a replacement plate. One month later, still no replacement.
