La Quinta Inn Everett

The best hotel experience I have had yet, in the Pacific Northwest! Hotel Manager, Nicole, is perfect in the hospitality business. She is friendly, caring and her smile is contagious :) She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Our anticipated 3 day stay turned into almost 1 month. Owner, Jay, is very involved with a wonderful staff. They have recently began renovating and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL.

Exceptional customer service. Attractive CLEAN rooms. Breakfast is delicious. Pet rooms are on the 3rd floor...no deposit required. There's an elevator. Incredible prices. Will stay there again. Definitely make reservations.

To start and to be fair, the hotel is adequate. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Our room was clean and newly renovated. Internet is good. Now to the picky part - we travel for a living and rely on hotels for the comforts of home. Since we can't know everything about every hotel we stayed in, an up to date directory is essential. This hotel's directory is far from that, and worse, contains inaccurate information, and is missing other info. For example - the TV info is wrong, and when we asked the front desk what TV provider they have, we were told "World TV". Going on line, World TV doesn't show as providing services in this area. So TV shows are hit and miss. Then there is no laundry facility listed in the directory, yet the hotel has two washers and dryers. There's a fabric covered recliner in the room which looks comfy, however, due to the upholstery, I would not sit in. (It appeared clean - no obvious stains, but the thought of someone sitting in the chair naked was too much to overcome for me). Better to get rid of it and free up floor space. And the toilets - if you're a small person it might be fine, but for normal adults it's very tiny (think 1940's size). Management - when you renovate, think of your clientele, and make choices dependant on their needs - and make the TV channel selections for average people - not based on cheapest selections, please!

Shower has little pressure towels not well washed grayish not white, toilet very small for small people only one small elevator carpet in a hallway smell very strong and worst of all some people extremely rude at front desk. I don't recommend this location

My family had a very nice over night experience. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a very filling breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that they have a sugar free syrup as an option to go with the waffles.
