I went in to help find my missing father and the gentleman at the front counter wasn’t helpful at all. He kept shutting us down when we asked whether my father was there or if he’s seen him. You see we thought he might be there because my father likes to frequent that hotel when visiting from out of town. It was a very stressful time for my family and I.
I understand him keeping customer records private but it involved a missing person. We followed up with stressing that this is an extreme situation and still got shot down. So we looked for a different plan of attack, we asked if the proper protocol was to have an officer come in and request the information. That quickly got us kicked off the property.
Im left very upset with the lack of cooperation we received during a case of emergency. I hope no one else has to deal with this gentleman’s BS.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are always very clean and they have on site laundry! Very good price for what you get!

Substandard guest services. Not only was my husband not allowed his support animal, having reserved 2 beds as we have a14yr old as well, we had to argue to get a proper room, and staff was rude and short as we attended breakfast.

Quiet,but rooms could be nicer. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for..they mind their own business and don't bother you but the last time I was there the people next to us yelled, fought and screamed from 5pm at night till 5am the next day. I called the office a total of 5 times and spoke to then twice. They went and yelled at the people one time but that was it. It was one of the worst experiences I've had a hotel/motel. I didn't sleep a wink all night. But other than that the guys at the counter are friendly and nice. They don't require a deposit or debt card to book the room so that is a big bonus to staying here.
