Wow!! What a hotel! First off, the design was amazing!! It was so big and just beautiful. They have a huge common area on the bottom floor. The rooms were pretty big! And the bed in our room was huge and so comfortable. After we came back from our activities that day, our room had been tidied up and it looked so nice. They even folded our own personal blankets and things. It was awesome! The location is good. It's close to the Lynnwood Rec Center which is pretty fun. It's also not too far from downtown Seattle. The service was incredible and the hotel staff was so nice, happy, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here along with many extended family members who were in town for a birthday party. Great staff and customer service. I really enjoyed the free snacks in the room that were much appreciated after a long flight. The also free breakfast was great and cooked to order-pretty rare nowadays. The wait staff was also extremely friendly. I would definitely stay again

Getting better after renovations. Wonderful breakfast, great staff. Lunch could use a tune-up. Same thing every time we are here. Updated. Renovations are turning this into a top notch place. We come here for business meetings so I can not vouch for the rooms as we just come for the day and use conference rooms and open areas.

Unfortunately I didn't pay attention to date which I had selected, I was there in April 21 and I had booked for may 21. Front desk guy didn't give a S***. Whatever, that was my fualt and they charged me an extra $40. We went to our room to drop off our stuff and then we head right down to restaurant. Not a single customer sitting, I had to poke my head into couple of rooms to find and eventually found a waiter who was watching TV! First thing I did, I ordered a kid's cheeseburger for my 2.5 year old and I told him my kid is very hungry so please run his order first till my wife and I figure out what we want to eat. Cheeseburger came and I've never seen a cheeseburger burned so badly which cook had tried to cover with cheese. I freaked out, as there's only 3 customers sitting (me and my family) and my kid is served burnt food. We head back to our room, I pulled bed sheet back to go into bed, there were few hair, flint, and a piece of napkin! I called the lovely dude at front desk, and with crappy attitude he changed our room. Next morning we head down to buffet for included breakfast, and I'm going to stop yapping about how crappy breakfast was!

Lots of open space in the interior courtyard areas. Our double queen rooms were very nice and also very spacious. Restaurant wasn't great but it was good and the prices were surprisingly good. Due to the large open interior courtyards it seemed pretty noisy at times but the bedroom area was on the back side of the room so I don't think it is a problem when sleeping.
