Extended Stay America - Seattle - Everett - North

I will give this hotel two stars because the room was clean and stocked. It is lacking three other stars because of the other incidents that occurred while I was there. First, I got up around 5:00 am to take my little dog outside and the lobby smelled of weed because of the people smoking it in the entry way. Second, they allowed a “pit bull” terrier that was very obviously aggressive stay there. While walking through the lobby after the weed incident this terrier, that was thankfully muzzled, became very aggressive towards me, lunging, barking, and growling until long after I was out of the building. I got my son and animals and got out of that place as quickly as we could. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Room was not cleaned and stocked like they usually are. Old stuff in fridge from last people in this room. Called and asked for blanket from the front desk, they said they would call back.. they never did. This place used to be a very nice hotel but now it's staff just doesn't care. I am pretty sure there were prostitutes in the elevator with me on two different occasions. When I brought all this up to mgmt here, the only response I got was one word. Sorry. I won't come back here again and I urge you not to either. Not a place to bring your kids. Also they obviously have problems in the parking lot. Cops said car prowls are frequent in the area

My room was disgusting the maids didn’t clean well. Had to switch to a clean room.Beronica is very nice and helpful she definitely needs to be their locations manager. The manager there is really rude and unprofessional! She doesn’t seem to know how to do her job...... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Their whole hotel needs to be redone there is just a lot wrong. I’m looking forward to spending my money elsewhere on a better hotel

Would not recommend! Not only does the price go up every week, but for a traveling working man who gets up at 4am, there is no coffee! Hence, buy your own coffee maker. Continental breakfast is muffins. Laundry wash is $1.75/load and dryer the same. Only 1 machine now. Wifi doesn't work 1/2 the time and you have to constantly sign into it. Parking is horrible. And if you have pet/pets, $150 fee per pet, non refundable(pet friendly my butt). Exit doors are exit only. No re-entry. Non smoking room smells like cigarettes! Shouls I go on? I could but im just getting mad again!

Terrible, old, dirty, disgusting place to stay. We had to change rooms because the first room smelled like cat piss. Things happen, we get it. The problem was that we had to ask three times then had to wait like 8 hours for a new room. DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
