La Quercia

This place was good. For some reason I was expecting great, but it was much closer to good. Had the family order meal, some items were good, but a few were not impressive. Some of the appetizer plates lacked both inspiration and flavour. The pastas were solid, as was the venison. The service was prompt, and fine.

The best for slow cooked and braised Italian dishes, yet the pasta dishes are phenomenal. Prepared using fresh and seasonal ingredients that leave memories that haunt you to return for more.

Great place overall! Tentative abs caring service, very good home made pasta. The style is more traditional Italian with dishes being more simple but excellent execution.

I always go for chef's menu everytime I go there. It is supposed to be a surprise, but if you have a special request e.g., lamb as the final dish, you should make that request at the very beginning. Never failed for me, unless it is very specific and they don't have that item on that day.

Nice. The chefs menu was very good. Agnoloti and the rabbit were the best of the night. Wine list is good. Desert was just ok. Negative part: we had to wait 20 minutes outside to our reserved table
