I use to eat here everyday for lunch and enjoyed the food. Everyday I go inside the cashier never smiles,never says please or Thank you just takes my money With attitude. After spending so much money I finally got tired of it!! I waited 20 minutes to consulted with a manager. After telling him about his rude employees he decides to argue with me over exchanging an expired drink!! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!! I will be taking this to the coorprate office. The cashier then insulted my race after I was walking out! Definitely a law suit coming their way

Very nice and fresh sandwiches (v. good bread) for a reasonable price.  I eat downtown a lot and I find most places have really dry and nasty sandwiches with gross bread.  These were NOT that.

Good spot to have a last minute meeting if you're in the neighborhood. Coffee is ok.
