Pizzeria NO.900 - Victoria, Westmount

First off I want to stress the fact that I am always extremely fair in my reviews. Pizzeria NO.900 did not even get the time to get my business. I called in an order to pick up and was treated so unprofessionally by an inexperienced receptionist who made me listen for a good two minutes to the conversation she was having live with a client that I hung up and took my business to another pizzeria in the area...the one that will be getting my 5-stars review because the service and pizza was excellent. Pizzeria NO.900 should change their name for Pizzeria NO.0. As a fairly new business in the neighborhood, they should be extra careful on how they treat ALL of their customers. They probably did not realize that they are not the only one in the...they still have a lot to prove and a long way to go. Too bad!

Honestly surprised. Walked by one day and decided to try it out during my lunch break. Must be one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Thin crust, oven fired, fresh and simple. Plus the place is beautiful inside. A real treat!

Service was not great. A sense of pomp for which their quality and variety of food and booze do not back up. Decent pizza but they didn't have orange juice or limes, second time I visited which they did not have these basic ingredients (they're across the street from a grocery store). If you're looking for a decent pizza and that's it, it's fine.

Overall a good experience. Good service, great ambiance, excellent attention to decorative detail, but a little disappointing on the only thing truly important: the food. Solid quality ingredients on the pies but used far too minimally. I get the whole "stripped down" approach to the idea, but when it gets to the point where you're basically eating crust for 3/4 of the pie, its a little disappointing. Service 4.5; Ambiance 4.5; Food 3.5

Excellent ambiance, food ok and lacking vegetarian options. Should offer veg cheese and more variety. Would probably not go back.
