Nice sporting equipment stores with wide selections. Prices are not as competitive but good for last minute purchases. Has a total of 3 floors with different sections of sport equipments.
Excellent store to shop for cross-country skis. They took a lot of time making sure I got the equipment thats right for me. Very knowledgeable and good selection of quality equipment.
Really wish I never tried to order from this company. Awful customer service that either ignored me or wasted my time. Not accommodating or helpful a single bit with my online order. We're happy to take my money and make me wait weeks for a response/refund bit would not offer to resend or give me a price match because I made my purchace durring a sale. Dismissive customer service who didint care less about me or my concerns. Never again would I buy anything from them even if it was free!
Bad service… we were told that the installation of new bindings were free of charge but when we picked up the skis a week and a half later, we were charged for installation. Instead of acknowledging that the mistake was a miscommunication between departments, the cashier told us we should be lucky to have our skis today and we can use them patronizing much?.
Left one of the big sports shops, supposedly "experts", when it became apparent that the salesperson responsible for xc skis had zero knowledge about the product. Seeing the extent of understanding that La Cordee used to fit me properly lets me know that was the right decision.
Bought a Trek hybrid bike. The people working in the bike section of the store were very helpful. They answered my questions patiently and let me try out two different models outside before I made up mind. This was my first bit expensive bike purchase in Canada. I was quite satisfied with the service and hoping that the bike serves me well in all the future trips!!
Despite being so late in the season, they did all they could to get us what we needed including waiting on the phone for an answer. And the staff gave us all the info we needed.
You will find most of the camping equipment, I would suggest not to buy foot wear from here because I bought north face flip flops and they are having manufacturing defect
La Cordée's customer service is way behind the industry standard. I ordered a jacket through online a few weeks ago. I did not received the item although the tracking number shows otherwise. I emailed them about it. They got back to me saying they would investigate about it. However, there was no update for a few days. I sent a couple of emails to get news. Every time, they replied with a short sentencewithout any apology saying that they are still on an investigation. After I waited for 10-12days, I sent them another email to get my money back. What a waste of my time shopping a jacket. I found that MEC has so much better customer service.
Great place, awesome quality products. They were the only ones to have isobutane cans, out of 4 shops I went to, among other things. The cashier made a small mistake to charge me 4 more tent pegs that I actually bought worth 7$, I only realised at home, but no biggy that happens. All staff were nice.
