Ambiance wise, they have done a commendable job on the decor. Dimmable chandeliers, mood lighting, embroidered chairs, large projection TV/flat panels and a funky selection of tracks give this place a good vibe to chill with friends. Cleanliness, no issues at all. Place was spotless. Service was ok. They are fairly new so that can be improved with time and proper training for staff. For food, we opted for lamb chops, serving size and quantity was good, but the chops were a bit on the bland side and could use a bit more salt. Penne pasta with grilled chicken was just ok, and can be improved with a bit more white sauce. Best to stick with kababs unless you like to experiment. Overall, a nice place to hangout, especially if sheesha is your thing. We'll be back to try out some other items soon.

AMAZING FOOD and Shisha! It was my first time trying La Casa and their service was great, Vishal and Fariha took care of us. We ordered chicken shawarma platter, spaghetti and Tacos. The portions are big so you can share and it was delicious! Definitely going back! + beautiful decor!

Came here with my coworkers, wow amazing place! Loved the ambiance and the music and the food was very good. Everyone that worked here was super friendly and checking up on us. Especially the wonderful servers Fareeha and Vishal. Definitely would recommend and will be coming back

Came across this place on social media and decided to drop in for Shisha. It can easily be located because of the large chandeliers in the windows. There were three floors, the main appears to be a reservation area for large parties, the mid section had a large screen projector, large tables & the top floor was definitely more lounge type. It appears to be a family run business as all members of the family can be seen assisting. The menu was extensive when it came to the food. We settled for a smoothie and shisha this time as it was late. The shisha was ok, nothing to great about it but to the servers discretion, she did offer to change the flavour after my disapproval comment. The smoothie was alright, it was $9.00 which after comparing to other similar establishment, it seems to be fairly priced.

The first thing I have to say is this place has great customer service! Customer service I feel is lacking in the GTA but it’s really important here; the staff and owner are very welcoming and warm. I’ve visited this place twice in one month and I can see myself coming back once during the first week they were open and again after a month of their opening. The restaurant, vibe, and the functionality of the care has improved and I’m sure when I return the service will be top notch it’s really great now and the food will remain delicious. I got the chicken shawarma both times and had no regrets, the serving size is definitely more than enough and you left feeling very accomplish haha! Beautiful ambiance, the music is a bit loud for me but it’s nice, and a reminder to loosen up and enjoy yourself and your company. * I would upload pics but idk how to do that Vegetarian options: I noticed French fries and salads! Had a great evening with my best friend. We got the white sauce chicken pasta and a shawarma platter, delicious. They had Barbican too which is a plus. They have some really nice shisha flavours and the shisha lasted us a while.

Great place! Awesome service and super friendly and lovely workers. Their nachos were delicious and cheaper than most. We had the grape mint shisha and loved it. Excited to go back and try the double apple! Fun music and atmosphere, too.

The design and ambiance is really nice. We were provided chicken nachos, complimentary on behalf of the restaurant, which was really nice. They were delicious! We also got their kofta dinner, which wasn't as tasty as the nachos. The rice that came with it, were undercooked and lacked flavour. We did receive a 15% discount because of it, but I think they should've given us 50% off instead, given we couldn't eat half the meal we ordered. The servers were trying to be as attentive as possible. Parking: Parking on-site, shared with other businesses in the plaza.

This place has so much potential but is very dissatisfied that the customer service is awful. Our server third floor last night has so much attitude and she seems lost. Our food 3 plates came 45 minutes after asking about it few times , brought plates , forgot cutlery., brought 1 set for 5 people , came back after 20 minutes with the rest. of course food got cold After 1 hour finish eating the 2 out of 3 plates we ordered, she comes and say - " We do not have chicken" . That's it. No alternative... nothing else. what do you say after that 5 people and we all felt like we were doing her a favor by being there. Food , the testing is good tending to go on the higher end. Location. Super good , parking available and visible . Decor. Good In general , I would not recommend it. Parking: Lost of parking

This place has an ambiance and abundant seating in three floor levels.Great shisha and quality food. Good service and It's a very relaxed environment with the Right Music. The host always checks if everything is going fine. Parking: Lots of parking three side of building
