Not impressed with the overcharging. I was with LaCapitale for almost 15 years, never thought they would take so much advantage of me. Until I got a quote from another company for the exact same for over $100 less per month. Paid the cancellation fee and broke ties with them immediately! Do your shopping! And watch out for price hikes!

Had them for many years for car insurrance. Had claims of one theft and one accident and always went smooth. There are questions but reasonable and they settle fast. No ploygraphs and truth serums or infinite interrogations. Plus prices are cheaper than elsewhere and are negociable. Peace of mind. Loving it. Good job guys continue.

Take my advice for your own good. This insurance company is not a real insurance company and their whole operations are a front to taking your premiums and lending it on shocking high percentage to shady businesses through the help of loan sharks. Vlad Adoniev was their advisor taking care of theae loans and whrn people found out, they simply fired the guy.Also they operate unique insurance and both are often sued for not paying their claims. My brother is stuck with them in a bitter battle because they don't want to pay his insurance settlement because his car was a VGA. But he had no way of finding it out and also VGA Cars if they pass the inspection they are as good as a normal car.

Service à la clientèle très décevant. des employés condescendant sans respect, j'ai préféré payé un bris de contrat de 330.00$ plutôt que de rester assurée avec cette compagnie arrogante qui prends ses client pour acquis
