Amazing service from waitresses. Amazing reception. Big and good quality TVs. The salad was fresh. Amazing buffalo chicken burger. Very average fries and tacos. Can be better. Overall good experience.
Hostess was rudely responding back to us in French when she completely understood everything we were asking / discussing with her on our reservation and questions in English. Our dinner for our family of 4 after we ordered it, the first 2 plates arrived but the other 2 arrived 15 minutes later. Now how does a family have a family fun dinner together when the first meals get cold? Totally zero management on this aspect. After giving my feedback on to these 2 matters ...some supposed manager Marie responded back that ....unfortunately not all the employees speak or understand English. When you have a business on planet earth and at Carrefour Laval...probably the busiest mall in the province where people speak multiple languages...your employees don't understand a global and international language. Talk about being in business nowadays. I guess no tourist from a outside location will get a descent experience there. We ate our cold meals and left with total unhappy experience. One thing I enjoyed was sharing with everyone I know of this experience ...so they don't fall into this situation. Don't go there ..save yourselves and get better everything...elsewhere!

Has made multiple mistakes in my order, which is fine. But when i spoke with the manager to change it back she refused and acted very rudely with me shaking her hands around and talking loud and agressively. Marie was very unprofessional and should not be a manager. Also would like to add that when i asked for her to fix my order, she took my plate of food and never brought anything back and said “it’s not our problem if what you ordered was not good, if you want something else you have to pay “ Bear in mind that i just paid for my plate and they took my plate away and didn’t bring anything back. And told me i have to pay to have something else. When i just paid to have my previous meal taken away * Yes it really is how it sounds. * At the end i respect Catherine the waitress as she was professional and fixed things at the end after a long argument i had with the manager marie.
It was Halloween night and the boisbriand location has been very bad, as in bad food, bad answers and lack of good cooks, in recent months, so we went to this Laval location and the food was a lot higher quality than the boisbriand version. We'll be coming here for a good while even though the other one is closer to home.Food: 4/5
Ordered chicken club, salmon poke bowl and chicken quinoa salad through Uber Eats, and the food quality was horrendous. The portions were extremely small, the chicken in the quinoa salad was dry and full of burnt potatoes and onions, and there was NO salmon in the salmon poke bowl. Small and poor quality for a very high price. Never again! Very disappointed. We are a company with staff of 25 employees who will never eat there or order from there again!
This would have been a perfect 5 Stars BUT, the extra shrimps i ordered with my steak platter was missing during my entire meal. I took my time and gave them 1/2 hr to bring my shrimps, but no dice -1 Star: The other is the steak was recommended by the bartender, it was supposed to be great, especially $34 a speak?! It was just ok at best, very fatty and lots of tough tendons, supposed to be a AAA grade, absolutely NOT! -1 Star. As for the Pros for this location, reserved parking is a plus. Friendly hostesses, Yasmin to Jessica serving you popcorn and seating you and the Bartender Mathew i think aussi. Excellent and that’s why it stayed at 3 Stars and NOT lower. Be advised, try to reserve ahead especially on a Habs game night!
I'm so lucky. So many great restaurants. After a stroll through the mall, I enjoyed fish n chips and dessert for lunch at this LARGE establishment. The staff were so nice, prompt and professional. The food was delicious and the dessert paired with a latte made my day. Thumbs up intensifies
I went a couple weeks ago !! I went with my brother in law! Our waitress was Jessica !! She did an outstanding service while we were there! Even though it was an real bysy nightbshe took the time of explaining what was happening with our food & drinks!! I’d love to thank her personnaly if i could or if someone knows her ….to give her my foul blessing for a incredible evening, she made my time well spent !!! Thanks a lot Jessica!!! I hope to see you the next time!!!!!!!!!!
Went there to watch a habs game We ordered drinks and ate popcorn and it took maybe 30 minutes for our drinks to come They watered down the sprite I ordered at it tasted like nothing. When we ordered water the server slammed the bottle on the table and left The manager was rude Wont be returning If you want to go watch a habs game might as well watch it at the keg next door
