One of the best place for halal fast food and poutine in Laval. Service is fast and staff are courteous.

My kids liked the food. But they had no poutine. The portions seemed smaller. My kid got one burger for 9.00. Quite small. Service was super slow and the floor looked clean but was so sticky. The guy working was very nice but i was also super patient. They would not answer the phone when we called to check if they were open.

One of the worst sandwich place I've ever been. The place is not clean, quite dirty and old. In terms of food, it is SO OVERPRICED for the disgusting quality. Their tandoori chicken tasted like a flavourless chicken and their beef patty tasted like dog food how unfresh it was. I thought they had the French sauces like Algerian, Samurai, Biggy and more but they got homemade sauce that are flavourless as well. All this flavourless food coming for an EXORBITANT PRICE and in REALLY SMALL PORTION. The worst ? It takes AGES to receive the food, waited 30 min for this disappointment when I was the only customer in. They should really considerate closing the shop, a pure disappointment in every level.

So let me start with some good points, I like their food. their burgers, poutine and custom made sandwich DeJango, Tony Montana etc, all are pretty good and have good twist in them. However, their service is really very bad....it has happened at least 3 times with us that we have gone there and found them to be closed.....their poutine is always out of stock and they never pick up the phone. Since the first time I found them closed after arrival I decided to call them before going, to check if they are open but not to my surprise, no one picked the phone, even if they are "OPEN". You only can find out if they Open/Close by going there. They have to improve their service else they will go out of business like their "Cote Vertu" branch. Serving good food is not the only thing one should strive for...customer service these days is equally important.

The food taste good! However it took a long time to get the order. The place has a lot of potential. They should invest more in customer service and decoration.

Food is good but service has always been horrible. Online Hours say they're open but when you get there , they're closed . No indication whatsoever on Google or their Facebook page. Never pick up their phone as well. Floor is nasty and always sticky.Full of flies at times . No wonder the branch at cote vertu shut down . Health inspector must've shut them down :/

Food is alright, but it is more expensive than most of its competitors M-star and Paname for example who gives more quantity for a lower price that you could go easily by taking the metro near the place. Also, the place is really dirty and the wait is too long for an alright but really expansive food.

Excellent sandwiches...the bread was FRESH and the meats in my sandwich filet mignon and chicken were so tasty! Spiced to a very tolerable level and large size. And to top it all off...the spicy sauce is SUPERB! Hope this restaurant finds a lot of success.

Food here is to die for. The sandwhiches are amazing and unique compared to other burgers. Tyei pairings go verh well together, and is also filling, you never leave here hungry! Theres a tv on the jnside for when you are waiting for your food to come which helps the time pass. Staff is friendlyat least the 2 I've seen :

Zainab, the cashier who was working the 4th of December in the evening, was by far one of the best people I ever had the pleasure of ordering a meal from. She was kind, patient, and always had a smile. And to top it off, the food was great, I loved the bread it came in.
