Texas style restaurant! The atmosphere there is very amusing. The service is exceptional, the waiter was very good and explained the menu professionally, we ordered their smash burgers and it was amazing! But the portion was small and it does not come with anything so we had to order the fries on the side. We tried the brisket which was great also the meat was very tender and juicy but again the portion was small. Overall, the place is recommended and definitely worth trying. P.S. try their whiskey or bourbon
We had an amazing experience at Jack Flat BBQ. The ambiance and decorations are beautiful. The staff members are very friendly and welcoming. The food is the best!! We had the brisket as well as the brisket sandwich and both with different sides, and both were so good. Shout out to Jeff, who made our 1st visit to this place such an awesome experience. He went beyond our expectation, took the time to explain the menu, and gave great suggestions, and following up from time to time without disturbing us. Will definitely visit again..
What a great experience! I’m a big fan or BBQ and this place doesn’t disappoint with the food, atmosphere and service ! Vegetarians be forewarned. The pork belly was great and the fries too, but everything we ordered was good. Really something different. Worth the wait and I would recommend reservations. Wife a huge fan of country music so that was a bonus.

Very dissapointing.the ribs were not saucy enough and only 3 pieces. Fries and mac and cheese are alright, there are way better bbq places in montreal. The idea is cool but the country music gets annoying after 45min. Also service sucks, forgot part of my order so had my main dish with no sides, and ate my sides way after my main dish was done.
True Texas style bbq in Laval! Great service, incredible food and a unique country ambiance. A definite must try!
Just went to drop my wife off for a dinner with her friend and decided to order a takeout for myself. Have to say as a actual Texan, that's been missing some good BBQ. This restaurant is doing things right. The brisket was great.nice and juicy with a good amount spice and bark. No sauce needed. And the fact they serve it with some pickles and onions and of course 2 slices of whit bread. Just gave me a great taste of home. And too the staff, just have to say a big thank you for the courtesy and great service.
Love the concept and would definitely go back. I suggest to reserve if you want to eat here. Good vibe, good music, delicious food. Can’t wait for the summer outside seating and I heard they will serve sugar shack meals soon. Briskets are the best to order, ribs are not the best tho. Great new add for Centropolis ! A little Texas in Laval.
I have celiac and I got to speak with the chef and owner prior to eating. I'm usually skeptical but he reassured me and even went through the ingredients with me. I got some of the best brisket I've ever had and I love cooking my own and saying it's the best...but this place might have me beat. Gluten free, safe and delicious!
