Michelle was the lady who served us, she was very patient and understanding to all our needs, took her time to make everything right, smiling all the time, food was great, I don’t need to market five guys, but this new place in laval, is on a different level , CLEAN, QUICK to prep the food, toilets are clean, regardless it’s very snowy , in the middle of the winter in laval and in a construction zone. I highly suggest giving them a try, you won’t regret it. Michelle, thank you for being you! I hope you get what you deserve from the people you report to.

Amazing. Clean, friendly staff, lives up to the name of five guys.
I ordered through Uber eats and my food was late 1hour and 55 minutes, I’m writing this and after all this time my food is not even here yet, if you guys can’t manage a rush please turn off your tablets and don’t take any deliveries, don’t give me reasons that you’re short staffed or whatever, just close the tablets and don’t take orders don’t be greedy.. it’s very simple apologize and say we can’t deliver to you right now as simple as that.
I really like the place normally …but while drinking I felt something giggling my throat , spit it out and there it was…a long, curly hair in my shake..

Yes they take their time, so if you're in a hurry go to McDonalds, otherwise their customer service is A1! Will definitely be a regular customer!
I have dietary restrictions so the Five Guys Lettuce burgers are the only burgers I can eat in Laval. I'm very happy to have them here!
It’s five guys, hard to complain about their food but this is a nice location with a team of staff that always seem to be in a great mood!
