Fantastic food from a small family business. Learn a little about the family, the business and the passion they bring from the latin cuisine. The nachos are a must!!! And the cheese enchanadas are a family favorite. Highly recommend coming in and having a nice authentic Latin experience.
I came here for lunch recently. Service was very nice as he was more than happy to tell me the popular items and what’s in them. In terms of food, I had Sopa De Marisco Seafood Soup. The soup had good flavour with a nice tint of spice to it. It was also a decent size with a nice good variety of seafood/shellfish haddock filet, mussels, shrimp, oysters, cuttlefish, octopus, tomatoes, pepper. Spices used include oregano, basil, cumin, salt. There were also greens and spice condiments on the side for extra flavour.
We came based off the google reviews, hoping to find a really good latin restaurant and support a small business. We were sorely disappointed. The cheese empanadas were good and my white wine...that's it. I had a pork sandwich which on the menu it doesn't specify it is a sandwich. The pork was like chewing on shoe leather with zero taste. After several bites I took the pork out and just ate some of the rest of the sandwich. The pork had a taste of being old and reheated several times. My husband had chicken. It was burnt, extremely dry and had no flavor. It came with nothing else but fries. To pay $18 & $23 respectively for each meal, was extravagant for what we received. The kids meals were $10 each and included a can of pop. It was also overpriced. We won't be back and would not recommend. Kid-friendliness: They had a small kids menu of 3 options. It was nothing to write home about. They were $10 each.
Omg! Such a hidden Gem the food was amazing! The service was the best I have ever had in edmonton! The gentleman working today Jan, 22 2022 was phenomenal, friendly and a great cook. Thank you we will be back!
Been here a couple of times, order different things, it's hard not to order the Empanadas de queso, but everytime I try something new there.. definitely not disappointed, a little pricey but so delish and fresh made...oh em gee it's a must try for date night or hang out
Food is amazing and the staff are great. Layout is meh and parking here should be included in standard road tests. Gone a few times and is quickly becoming a go-to.Food: 5/5
I never knew I needed green beans on a steak sandwich until I had a chacarero from La Boca Loca, which is my go-to dish. The empanadas and choripan ask for chimichurri have also been excellent, and the hot wings are tasty.
Great new spot to enjoy some Latin food! The empanadas were unreal! If you are looking to try something different then you have to come here, don’t be shy.
We just tried our luck with this place. We wanted to try a different kind of food. And this popped on Google maps. A family run restaurant at a very non-descript place. The service was a bit slow to start with, but it was excellent later on. The food was excellent and the suggestions from the server were top notch. She seemed very passionate about the food there. We tried 2 items, steak bites and chorillana, one of the day specials. We will definitely go back there to try out other items.
The food was to die for, I had the Paella and let me tell you It was great and a huge portion
