Speedy location. Granted it wasn’t too busy but still got my drink in less than 2 minutes. Pearls were a little on the soft side than I would like but other than that it’s perfect. Would return.
I personally know the manager that runs this store. He is a chill and friendly person that does his best to fulfill your needs if necessary, and I've had plenty of conversations with him very talented for a young guy, we are a decade apart and he manages to land a managerial position when it's something I definitely do not have the talents for!.nnThe location is a bit small but most boba places aren't exactly located in spacious stores.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Kung Fu Tea location, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Every drink I've tried here has been amazing and made with precision. The staff, particularly Kyle, is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help me navigate through their extensive menu to find the perfect drink. Kyle's exceptional customer service has made each visit a joy, and I look forward to many more refreshing experiences at this establishment. If you're looking for the best tasting drinks and top-notch service, look no further than this Kung Fu Tea location!
Extremely rude service. The guy with silver hair seemed pissed off from the beginning . Had placed an order for rose tea with brown sugar pearls which he missed. When asked him about it he stated he will give me the sugar pearls in a glass and I can mix it with the drink .nnI advised I will return and if he can make a new drink. He seemed extremely pissed off and stated it will take 20 minutes .nnHorrible service and will never return to this place again. I have visited other places where my orders were mixed up, but this is the only place I was treated like it was my mistake . No apology whatsoever .
the brown sugar pearl milk tea is the best drink here i always get it. great music and atmosphere. the service is always good. i also love the foosball tablennstop asian hate
