Yesterday, I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk. Unfortunately, the drink was mostly water-based and lacked flavor, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the tapioca pearls were all stuck together in a solid chunk, making them difficult to eat. This was surprising to me because I have always loved the tapioca at Kungfu Tea and never had any complaints before.nnIt wasn’t even very busy at the time, so I feel there was an opportunity to remake the drink. However, I couldn’t ask for a replacement because I was in a rush and didn’t want to miss my bus. I hope the quality improves. But after this experience, I think it’s time for me to stop having bubble tea here.
One of my favourite bubble tea places! Their peach ice green tea is to die for slushie like consistency rather than with pieces of ice. It's become my go-to order for when I want something sweet and refreshing. I also find that this is one of the few places that still make good tapioca with the right level of sweetness and chewiness. The service is fast and the staff is very nice and friendly!
My daughter & I love going here. Great drinks, great prices & fun games :.nI went in today asking for something warm for my throat, and they made me a custom honey, lemon, ginger tea that’s got me feeling better already.nKudos to this place
I loved the Taro milk tea I ordered for the first time there. The service was warm and pleasant .
Speedy location. Granted it wasn’t too busy but still got my drink in less than 2 minutes. Pearls were a little on the soft side than I would like but other than that it’s perfect. Would return.
