I am disappointed in this coffee place because they do not inform you of the products they use. I asked if they had a Vanilla Latte the answer was yes and once tasted it realized that it tasted off. I asked what was used and was told that they only serve sugar free Vanilla and stated I could add in sugar. I wasted my money on something that should have been clearly explained. That being said there turkey croissaint was good but will never recommend them for coffee.
So today I got a matcha latte. I’ve tried it here before and it wasn’t really good so I found a better matcha place but this time he served me not a matcha latte but a grey milk that didn’t taste one bit like matcha latte. Only the foam was green but the drink wasn’t at all. The manager should work on it. I’ve tried an orange almond cake there and it was pretty good that’s why I give 2 stars and not one. This place disappointed me a lot
BB Cafe on Lakeshore is a must-visit. Their cakes are incredibly unique and delicious. Over time, I've tried nearly everything on their menu, and it never disappoints. BB Cafe is always our first stop on Lakeshore. Highly recommended!
Thank you to Parisa for going out of her way to make my order for a surprise gift for a friend..... There were a few issues with ordering not the fault of BB cafe and she relentlessly made sure I was helped and taken care of!! Plus the cake was fantastic and my friend really loved it!! Great service and super kind and helpful!! Thank you to the team and to Parisa!! You guys were great!
Cute cafe, variety of hot & cold drinks, along with croissant sandwiches and all kinds of sweets. Many sweets look familiar, might be a re-sell. Nothing out of the ordinary, the butter croissants and banana bread were okay, however - fresh. Cookies look attractive, might try next time. Place is clean, offers WiFi, and lots of seating.nnGreat choice to visit if looking for a cafe nearby the lake promenade. Offers washroom for customers.
