Dirty chai was amazing with the perfect level of sweetness not too bitter or too sweet. Flavourful and very aromatic and I would definitely buy again. I've also had the iced version and it is just as good and not diluted tasting at all. We wanted to dine in and try the food but unfortunately it was absolutely freezing inside and didn't seem to have a working heater so we just decided to get drinks. I will definitely be back to try the food later but I wouldn't recommend dining in if the temperature outside is even remotely cold we went when it was like -2° but inside felt way colder than the outside so we decided to just have our drinks in the car before driving elsewhere.

Had a really bad experience at Chaiwala of London. I ordered a chai and took it to my office, but when I started drinking it, I realized they had given me leftover chai instead of a fresh one. When I called them and went back to address the issue, they simply apologized and offered a replacement. I was not expecting this kind of mistake, as it could be a serious health concern. Be aware of the staff working there!

We have been regular customers of this place and always come here whenever we crave chai. Their kadak chai is amazing, and we’ve always enjoyed it. However, this morning, due to a power outage, we decided to order breakfast from here, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment.nWe ordered the Chicken Tikka Toastie, Omelette Wrap, and Aloo Paratha. While the toasties were good and up to the mark, the omelette wrap was a complete letdown. But the biggest disappointment was the aloo paratha, it was half burnt, and there was barely any potato insidenIt’s really disheartening to have this kind of experience at a place we usually love. Hoping they improve their breakfast quality because we expect better from them!!!

I do not want to waste too many words for this review - worst food and overpriced menu. Halwa poori chana were dunking in an ocean of oil, samosa chat was in the grave of chutney . Everything tasted really bad,not recommended to anyone.

Chai, samosa chat, pain puri, cake, samosa was very delicious. Will definitely be coming back again and again
