Great customer service and very nice owners that are willing to help and answer any questions you may have about all sweets available there. The place is very clean which gives you the satisfaction feeling that they are taking care of cleanliness of the place and sweets you are buying. Got the Kunafa rolls and regular Kunafa and other sweets with chocolate on it. My family and I loved everything and will definitely visit again soon for sure .  Thank you,

This was my first time trying all of these different items, my friend and I had been in the same plaza and seen the sign and figured we could go in and see how everything looked. The food looked and smelled amazing and we really couldn't decide what to get we also did not know what the majority of everything was, just knew it looked delicious. The two ladies inside were super helpful and explained every dessert and what was inside and how you should eat it. We were so grateful for that because we were a little nervous to have to ask since we really didn't know what to expect from the start, but they were so amazing, warm and made us feel welcome and super excited to try the food. They even gave us 2 more treats for a promotion they were having : Once we got home and tried them we were SO pleased! Will definitely be coming back again to get some more for not only myself, but family and friends : so delicious!!!

100/100 Simply the BEST desserts in town. Great service. Tasty and freshly made traditional Kunafa, Baklava, Sahlab, and other sweet treats are available the whole day at the Scarborough & Ajax location. I tasted both soft & crispy flavors Kunafa's and was simply addicted to the creamy crunchy flavors.  Now vegan options are available. Kunafa also serves family and party trays. The best Kunafa in the Greater Toronto Area GTA had arrived in Durham! Was very excited to try their 2nd location and was not disappointed. Beside their amazing collection of sweets their staff is super Hilwa and on point. We tried a couple pieces of Kishna Kunafa and had to purchase for the entire family to try. Will definitely be back next week to try a different dessert. Thanks for opening and May God bless you with another location in the West end.

We went to Kunafa's based on a friend's recommendation and it did not disappoint. They had amazing customer service and very friendly owners. We ordered a variety of items to try and they all tasted great, especially the hazelnut bucklawa and kunafa!

I went to the Grand Opening day and what can I say they are always consistent. I went to original location in Scarbrough and Ajax is a complete copy of the original. The Kanufas are really good and tasty. The mix of of being not to sweet or overpowering. I always love going to there retail shop. Always a favorite dessert for myself and somebody really close to. I recommend this to everybody.

First time here and I am absolutely amazed by the customer service and variety. Shahad was so pleasant, they made a tray of mixed baklava for my family and everyone loved it. They also have trays of mixed baklava for pick up if you wants a quick drop in. 1000% recommend.

Best kunafa and baklava. Super friendly staff.  Very friendly owner - awesome customer service coupled with unbelievably tasty food - a recipe for "you must visit this place and satisfy your taste buds!". You won't regret it.

Amazing middle eastern desserts, you will not be disappointed, super fresh! Bakalawa is fresh and taste heavenly! Service is great! They do have dine in and the plenty of sweet treats to choose from! Great location and plenty of parking!

Our 1st.visit to this new location in Ajax. Very nice to have a great friendly services for the serving staff. Good old taste as good as their Scarborough location. Highly recommended to visit and enjoy delicious menu.
