Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

I have literally been going to Krispy Kreme for 10 years when the light is on typically you get handed a nice warm fresh Krispy Kreme before purchasing more donuts.. today to my surprise I was handed 3 small cold stale donut holes that didn’t even taste like Krispy Kreme donuts. I’m highly unimpressed and more then likely will not waste my time returning. Everyone in line was upset about the quality of donuts that they were handing out. Use to be one of my favorite but now has seemed to turn into a money hungry corporation. 😡😡

Let me start by saying the customer service I had today was not the greatest. The employee was very impatient with me and my husband. While we were looking at the donut display the worker kept rushing over and rudely asking us if we were ready. Then when we were ordering we jokingly said, “there’s so many choices” the worker presses us to buy a dozen plain glazed donuts. When we refuse the worker shoves the tray of donuts back into the display practically knocking the donuts off the tray. I could give them a 4 or 5 star but this rating is for my experience of what happened today ONLY!!!

"We're out of coffee." Huh?? According to the sign, it says Doughnuts and Coffee. Sad they also don't give away free whole, warm donuts anymore. Now they are cold, little donut holes. Lost my business. Sorry, not sorry.

Very poor customer service but feel it's not the kids themselves working there but lack of training by their management. Had a wrong order and they kept me waiting in the drive-through for nearly 10 minutes with others behind me because they couldn't find manager to resolve issue (apparently he was in the restroom). Submitted request for a management response weeks ago and still have heard nothing).

Selection was dismal, only four choices. Gave the cashier exact change, two quarters, two dimes and three pennies. He kept saying no, seventy-three cents....he had no idea how to count change, he kept looking at it like a deer in headlights. I had to explain that was seventy-three cents. Size of donuts has shrunk from last visit and price expanded. I'll stick with non-chain donut bakeries in the future.
