Cold Stone Creamery

Came in an hour before closing the other night and nothing was stocked! We had almost no choices and were very disappointed! The lady working said it was because they were closing and they were getting a fresh stock of everything the next day and welcomed and encouraged for us to come back the next night. So we did... and we were disappointed to find that NOTHING had been stocked and the man working that night was rude to all customers and seemed to have no professionalism what so ever! If you want to waste gas and time and get disappointed because you had your heart set on ice cream, I do NOT recommend going here! You will regret it! And you’ll leave without the ice cream you wanted, and you’ll most likely resort to some other ice cream place!

We were TERRIFIED to come here after reading the reviews. Upon entrance, the place was very clean. I guess they were out of a few flavors but they had everything we wanted and the guy working was nice and quick. Either everyone that reviewed this place is an insane drama queen or they took steps to fix it.. it seems like a fine place now. We ate in and everything.

Service was slow as hell, employees seemed to care more about laughing at each other's jokes over the intercoms than taking orders or even doing their job properly. My wife's ice cream was mostly melted by the time my shake was done. To boot, my milkshake was incredibly thin. Might be a good place to find out where to get weed or shrooms but I would not recommend the ice cream.

Came in 2 hours to close in the summer and they had maybe 5 flavours of ice cream left and couldn't do any of the specialty mixes (chocolate devotion, founders, etc.) And the flavours left were the ones that nobody ever wants. The employees were saying, "Sorry, this is pretty much all we have left," lazily as everyone just walked out. Not wasting my time again. First and last time at this Coldstone.

It seems like my experience matches most others- there were only a couple flavors of ice cream left, the place was a mess, the employee that "helped" us didn't speak a word to us and was very slow. It was very off-putting. I've been happy with other cold stone locations but I will never go back to this one again.
