Good service, wide range of plans, I walked up with my own device and was not pressured to buy a device for no reason, I could just choose a plan.

Don't waste your time here go to another KOODO store/kiosk. Most incompetent cell phone company staff I have ever dealt with. On more than one occasion during my visit here I was given different answers from different staff regarding the same question, all of the staff did not seem knowledgeable about their products, plans or what they were doing in general. The main staff member I dealt with was pushy and tried to up sell even after I said no, (more than once) lied to my face and said the phone case I had for my iPhone 5s would not fit the SE...I got home (4.5 hours away) and discovered this was not true at all and that my old case does in fact fit the SE. There was a special on where you received a gift card for purchasing an iPhone SE and had I not checked my bag I would have left without it. The woman said it should be in my bag (and seemed annoyed that I came back to inquire about it) and it was not. The sad thing is I could go on even more about this incompetent, unprofessional, frustrating experience. Slimy business making. I will never come back here again.

Bought a refurbished I phone as a second phone. Barely used it for a few months, it stopped working. I called for support, they said it's covered under 1 year warranty and bring it to the mall kiosk. I brought it in, they sent me to Apple, Apple said the don't warranty refurbished phones. Went back to Koodo and was told they couldn't do anything, and no warranty.
