I went to go return an Amazon return at the front. Waited in line 15 mins for a woman to tell me that Amazon returns were no longer upfront. I asked her if I could check out my lip balm back there and she said yes. Agent was rude and disrespectful. Went to back to do said return and asked to check out come to find out I wasn’t able to. Employees need to get correct information to their customers! Just a bad experience. Be nice to people, it really isn’t that complicated.
The kid that was working Amazon return is very rude. He has dark hair curly hair, I don’t think he wants to be at work today. Talk about guest service very poor execution. I am a senior citizen needing help on my phone to bring out the QR code that Amazon sent me. His respond, was I don’t work for Amazon. And walk away. Today’s Friday 10 AM.nI’m not sure if he is sick, his voice is kind of crappy . Maybe you should send him home,
We have bought many items in Kohl's stores. They have Great items to purchase and with Good prices. We are regular customers who constantly leave satisfied and happy we do business with them!!!
I went to Kohl’s to return an Amazon package. After the cashier scanned my return, she asked for my email. I assumed it was for the return receipt and even commented how nice it was to get an emailed receipt. She replied, “Yeah, it’s something new we’re doing.” Then she asked for my phone number, name, and birthdate. When I mentioned that was more information than I expected to give, she handed me a printed return receipt anyway and said I’d get an email to pick up my Sephora birthday gift.nnThat’s when I realized she had signed me up for Kohl’s Rewards without my consent. I already have a Kohl’s account tied to my couponing email, and I never agreed to create or link another one. This felt manipulative and misleading. I came in to make a simple Amazon return, not to be tricked into sharing personal information or signing up for marketing emails.nnKohl’s should be ashamed of this kind of customer deception
Never really went in there. But when I finally did it was so much better than jc Penny's
