i walked in there they only looked at me nobody said a word i asked where a product was everyone looked dumbfounded it was a tire patch kit i ended up finding it on my own. and dont even get me started on how the isles looked. they had new bags of dog food on top of really old ones so who knows whats good and not very unorganized.
Terrible website and the app is even worse. No sense of urgency. Ordered on Monday Tuesday email item shipped Wednesday night still sitting at the distribution center. CS says I probably won't get it till the end of next week. Awesome this will probably be the last time I purchase anything from this place.
We bought a 2 year warranty for a solar fencer. We were told it would be a simple switch if we ever have use it. Year later we have it. Come into the store , we can’t find it. You have to call our support number . We do and they cant find it.
Great store repeatedly for us. We have bought items several times that we can’t find elsewhere.nnLatest trip we dealt with Trevor whom was super helpful and gave us great customer service and helped us load 25 bags of softwood pellets.
Chad was extremely helpful. I was having some plumbing concerns and he solved my problem, Can’t thank him enough for his knowledge and helpfulness. 10 stars!!!
