We are very satisfied with the suit we purchased. The young man helping us was really nice the first day, but when we inquired about a sale they had going on he became very rude! Not only only rude, but he said "let me make it very simple for you". It is the way he said it also. We will not be back in to the store, and we will spread the word. If you do happen to go in, try not work with Jarred.

Second time visiting this location and will continue to return because of the good customer service. Jared assisted me picking out several items and did a great job!

If you had asked me to rate this store a week ago I would have given them 5 stars. However, today I am very disappointed in their customer service. I came in to pick up a suit my son and I bought last week. They were altering the pants, pressing it, and the shirts we bought to go with it. I walked into the store, which was busy, and not one salesperson acknowledged I was there, despite me having made eye contact with them. I waited, as I could see they were busy, and stood at the registers where 3 salesmen came and not one greeted me or asked had I been helped. Finally, after 10 minutes of waiting I asked if someone could help me to which I was told, "No, we are slammed." I work in customer service, have for years, and can tell you that this is poor customer service. What they should have done is at the very least greet me, then ask what I needed, and if it wasn't possible to help me at that time, give me a time frame they would be able to help. I am normally a very patient person but when I go into a store, especially one that only last week I spent a lot of money in, And I am not acknowledged I get my back up. And a word of advice to the very young man who told me he couldn't help me because they were "slammed"; don't tell a customer that in the future. It will only make them feel insignificant and not worth your time. As a side note, I was not the only customer this was happening to. Believe me, I had plenty of time to watch what was going on.

I stopped in and talked with Michael Quick regarding my son's wedding order. Michael did an outstanding job on getting us the absolute best deal and made it much more affordable for the wedding party. Weddings are so expensive and it's nice to know that there are businesses out there that will go the extra mile for their customers. Great job Men's Wearhouse in Council Bluffs. Kudo's to Bev Cullison too!

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Purchased all 3 of my boys their first suits with this company. They are pressing one now while I wait. And they gave me a coupon for a drink at Paneras next door, good service, nice people, great company.
