Busy Christmas Eve but they were awesome. First time I ordered online and picked up in store. Pick-up process was impressive! A very kind James helped me out across an icy parking lot to the car, and made certain I was safely inside the car before he left me. A+ service!

We love tgat they have toys we cant fins other places from time to time. But they are hard to find things in stock. And alot of toys cost way more than other places

I'm afraid they don't get enough business and might be in danger of closing, which would be a shame. I was here near Christmas and it wasn't at all busy. I was there pretty early in the morning, though. They are over-priced on some things, but I usually find something on clearance that my grandson would like, and I also have found toys that I wasn't able to find anywhere else.

Over priced and one of the signs said buy 2 get one free they charged me for the free item so I had to wait 30 min in customer service line to correct there error.
