I recently had a new front door installed by Knight's Mark and the whole process from ordering to installation was excellent. The service provided by Dan and Matt was professional and brilliant. Before choosing Knight's Mark I had spoken to six other companies and was 100% impressed by Matt when he came over to my property to show me what their company can do and took the door measurements. I would 100% recommend Matt & Dan and in the future will have no hesitation to do repeat business with them.

The guys are really friendly and helpful and the door fits like a glove. Its a magnificent front door - almost every visitor remarks about this - and it is really a pleasure opening it, closing it, walking through it, knowing that ain't no one breaking in! We went for a bespoke design - honouring a quirky 1950s door it replaced - but we pimped it right up!

We are thrilled with the fantastic service and product given by Knight's Mark. We contacted three companies in our search for a new front door. Due to the age of our house and non-standard size our old door, we couldn't get an "off-the-shelf" solution, so needed a custom-made option. Well this company really delivered! They came all the way out to the Medway Towns to show us samples including how the locking mechanism worked. There was a constant flow of communication; from the design stage to the progress of our door manufacture. They accommodated our custom-design for the inner-side of the door. They arrived early for the final installation of our door and during the installation, encountered issues with the brickwork of the old door frame. They went above and beyond and went to the local hardware store to fix the issues which included getting new wood and some cement-work. The final product is wonderful and we still can't believe that we have a front door that is so nice and so secure! The difference the door has made to the temperature of our hallway is fantastic due to its insulation. We will be replacing our windows in the near future and will require a further door for our property and we definitely will not hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and high quality product at a very good price. Matt and Dan were very patient and good at dealing with the management of our building. They did a great job matching the french windows but with a security door. Looks much better than before and is much stronger. Highly recommended.

Dan and Matt at Knight's Mark couldn't have been more helpful, from the effort and creativity they put in the initial design to the smooth-running installation.
