Excellent customer service. We had one of our neighbours collide with our garage door and the crew at Jackson and James came out right away to assess and help us remove a Jeep stuck inside. Once the new door was in, they installed without delay. A great experience. Would recommend.

Great customer service from Larry.  My residential garage door had a cable break during the cold snap. Larry fixed the cable and also inspected and serviced the rest of the components. Would recommend to others.

Ken was very helpful, he found me an alternative garage door spring that worked perfectly. The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly. I would definitely use Jackson and James’ services again.
