Crystal Glass - South Edmonton Common

Got a quote for a windshield replacement for a 2019 Toyota 4Runner from a few different companies, and decided to go with Crystal Glass because they have never let me down. Great decision as the service and product are superior. Angel provided my quote and was warm and wonderful to deal with, the timeline for the replacement was spot on within 10 minutes of the estimate she provided me. I am happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality replacement, the price was very reasonable as well!

The staff in this place are incredible!! We accidentally broke our mirror for our wedding bar sign during transport and only had 5 days until our wedding! They were not only able to fix the glass but also put on vinyl that matched what was there previously, all in a matter of 1 day!! Definitely going to recommend this place for all your glass needs.

During the southside blackout my car was broken and into and my drivers side front window was smashed. I woke up to bloody mess and a car I couldn't drive to work. I called around when I connected with Larry at Crystal Glass South common he empathized with my situation. He said let me make some phone calls to track down your window. I thought I would be without my car for a few days. To my amazement Larry called me back in 30 minutes and informed we that he tracked down my exact part and could have the car ready by days end. They cleaned out all the glass in my door panel as well as all the glass in my car. They had me up and running within hours. It was an excellent, empathetic, and professional experience. These guys are 5 stars all the way!!!

I called and spoke to Larry about how my refrigerator shelf exploded and how I had new owners taking possession in 3 days. He said he could get me a piece of plexiglass cut but it might not be ready in time for the new owners. Well I got a call the very next day that my piece of plexiglass was ready! Exceptional customer service!! The shelf looked fantastic in the fridge.

Took car in on weekend I had a rust spot but was intact now I have open rust spot and black on area Should have been told or asked looks bad not impressed

Amanda was awesome, fixed the rock chip in my grandmothers windshield and even took the initiative to repair an older previously fixed rock chip at no additional cost!

Call right at 8am and Angel got me as soon as I got there! They fixed up the passenger side window in less than 3 hours! They also fixed some additional damaged without extra charge. Super fantastic! Angel is great! : I know where to go for my future glass needs.

See other reviews for more info but long story short, another crystal glass was very rude and wouldn't even look at my trailer to see if it was repairable. Just kept saying can't fix trailers. This location however was excellent. Chantal immediately walked out to the trailer to check it out and had no concerns about the repair. 45 minutes later and all repairs were done. Excellent service
