Knapp Winery & Vineyard Restaurant (Restaurant opened seasonally)

This place has got great wine and fantastic food!! Do the tasting, grab a few bottles and make sure to dine at the restaurant, as it has got to be some of the best food on this particular wine trail. They have their normal menu and the day we went there was another option of specials available. I would eat here often if I lived closer!!

Celebrated our 14th year of being together here. The food was marvelous. The atmosphere was delightful although it is next to a vineyard rather than overlooking the lake. The wine we ordered was not as sweet as we're expecting it to be but otherwise paired well with our meal. Isaac, our server, was superb.

The woman who helped us with the tasting is awesome. She showed us how to blend their wines and make a great sangria just because we shows interest. Also some pretty good wines and the cuuuuuutest restaurant. We come back every year and highly recommend it as one of our favorite Cayuga Lake vineyards. Also: well-priced brandy infused port!

Winery: Excellent reds, didn't try the whites. Tasty Limoncello (also limecello), try to get Matt (Matteo, pictured) to serve you, he will dazzle you with his rhymes! Restaurant: Delicious choices! Just need to catch them open.
