Pumpkin Hill Vineyard

Good was interesting and fresh. Great atmosphere, though plan on some time for food to arrive. We weren't in a rush, so that was no problem.

My niece & I went to lunch on a busy Friday afternoon. It was during the "barn sale" at Mackenzie-Childs in Aurora which draws thousands of people!, so the menu was limited. I had the absolute best Curried Chicken wrap I have ever tasted! It had a mango salsa and was in a tomato tortilla. The whole thing was hot, there were grill marks on the tortilla and I tried to eat the whole thing even though I was full after eating half of it! It was that good! I brought the rest home & it was even good cold the next day! If you like curry, you should try this wrap - you will not be disappointed! Be aware that everything is made to order, so take your time, relax and enjoy this interesting restaurant with beautiful views of the spectacular Finger Lakes region!

Stopped in here for dinner with my family and it was amazing. Great decor in a converted farmhouse. Menu was french, but they had a great variety of local and seasonal produce along with several local wines. Probably one of my favorite restaurants in the area and I would highly recommend to all.

Always a lovely place to eat, with really wonderful staff, great food and their own wine, or other local wine & beverages to choose from. However, last night I had one of the best dishes I've ever eaten - seriously! The duck with apples, sweet potato, onion, fennel, goat cheese and triple berry sauce was rediculously amazing! What a perfect combination! Kudos to Cookie!

On a perfect day for cruising the Cayuga Lake loop, we pulled into the Pumpkin Hill Bistro for lunch. We chose the outdoor seating between a wildflower garden and the lush rows of grape vines, and were treated to a sweet long view with a few hay bales thrown in. The service was friendly and well paced. It was at the arrival of the food though that everything went from good to great. Homemade garlic mash potatoes, chicken curry wraps, a near perfect bloody Mary...Great to meet the team in the kitchen, too...we'll be back!

This place has a great atmosphere. It sits atop a hill overlooking the valley and lake, with views of the vineyards. The inside of the house is rustic with lots of farm decor. The food was very good and prices were fair. The porch dining is very nice as you get to enjoy the great views from outside.

CLOSED AND UP FOR SALE From previous experiences the food is outstanding! I was very disappointed though when they lost my reservation for 11 people made 10 weeks in advance! It was special as it was my mom's 70th birthday and one of her favorite restaurants.

We stumbled upon this gem while driving around on our first trip to Ithaca. Now it's a destination for us. One of the most relaxing atmospheres imaginable during a late summer sunset -- Good wine and wonderful provincial food.

I went after the mackenzie childs barn sale. I don't know of this is normally a restaraunt or an events venue. The menu was extremely limited. Maybe 7 things total. The food was good though. It was expensive given the area and food we purchased.

Consistent unique food with an ever changing menu based on what is in season. Chef Cookie Wheeler is on the constant look for new ideas to tempt her patrons' palettes.
