This community centre is across from a high school, so expect to see teenagers, and it becomes very busy for the same reason. Parking is available, but is difficult depending on the time of day. There's a gymnasium, ice rink, fitness centre with two rooms, hot tub, sauna, and change rooms with a large shower area. Most of the equipment are of the newer models.
One of the best Community Centres in Vancouver - very client-centred staff and the fitness centre is updated and modern and has a sauna and hot tub available. Lots of community rooms for different groups and a youth centre that is always busy no matter the season. High marks!
We visited during a farmer’s market and a gem show, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The space is well-organized, clean, and full of energy, with plenty of activities for all ages. It’s a wonderful hub for community events.
Good community centre with gym, rink and Sauna. Would be lovely if it had a pool too. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful
The location is great and there’s many group sessions to choose from but the it’s always packed and the equipment is quite dated :/
