Friendly staff and a very clean store! The displays of the store are well thought out and the staff were very courteous and helpful! They also accept manufacture coupons here which is a great way to save a few dollars! Nice to see a wide variety of foods for your cats and dogs!
I was a loyal petsmart customer when I was in the US, and most of the time I placed autoship orders online, but here it is! I won't be using the online web again! Inexplicably, always cancel my order without notice and the email doesn't say cancelsay adjustment, so the food for my pet can't be delivered on time. I still need to go to the store to buy it! If you buy in the store, it feels ok. Just sometimes the price of the product label is not clear, and I don't know what the price is before I pay. This store has small animals and cats for adoption~
Was a very comfortable experience. Went to look for a cat stand with my daughter while my hubby went to shop for tools at another store nearby. They didn't have the stand, but they had cats up for adoption. Also, a lot of other pets: guinea pigs, birds, fish... spent quite a bit of time admiring the animals. The staff was great. Didn't try to hard sell us or rush us.
Well-stocked warehouse of pet paraphernalia. Helpful staff, generous aisles, good variety of brands. Definitely a store to check out if you’re making a purchase like a crate or bed, or looking for road trip ideas, etc. An easy store to browse.
There’s a lot of choices… for my daughter’s multi pooch . They have name engraving too! Amazing place .
A spacious location with just about everything you need pet wise. They do offer other services for your furry friends. Decent amount of aquatic supplies and stock that is healthy most of the time. Staff are approachable and offer assistance.
I took my dog to see Kelly T for grooming and I was so happy with result. Kelly was friendly, knowledgeable and great with my pup. Will definitely book with her again! Thank you.
Frustrating experience with the dog trainer! I wanted to cancel the dog training premium package, which includes three training courses, because I thought it was enough just with a puppy training course. I told the dog trainer about it during the class, however, she avoided me to process the cancelation ever. I had to make a call several times to the store until the manager was finally able to cancel and refund for me. Also, the dog trainer needs to reschedule my missed classes, however, she still hasn't done so after a month passed. I am tired of making a call for nothing. I left a message with another staff for her several times, but she has never called me back. Now I don't feel like to take the make-up classes and see her again. She should process the cancelation and rescheduling in a more professional and timely manner.
Was there today with my family buying 2 goldfish that my kids picked out. She questioned us if we have a large enough tank and didn’t even bother going to the fish area to see what we actually needed. Linda is the uncaring staff some ppl talked about because she was the initial person that I asked. All she kept saying was you are going to kill the fish, your! going to kill the fish. We have had fishes all our lives and took great care and never try to put them in stress of any sort. I got fed up and called the manager, he helped us get the goldfish we wanted. But the amount of grief we have to go through and such a bad experience for my kids. Not recommended to buy fishes from.
I am a parent of one common Leopard gecko from PetSmart and one lily-white Crested gecko from BC Reptile Expo. When I was shopping around many PetSmart to buy a Leopard gecko before I had any about a year ago, most associates at PetSmart seemed knowledgeable and were helpful. FYI, I am not a racist, but does not remember her name. Thus, I am describing what I just remember. Anyway, one short old Asian female associate near Grandview Hwy. 2860 Bentall St, Vancouver, BC V5M 4H4 was terrible because she seemed like disrespecting and not loving animals. She aggressively found, pushed and touched the gecko that I wanted to try it in my hand and got badly irritated at what she was doing while helping me. I could not understand and it was very uncomfortable. Even though the gecko was looking lovely, I did not want to buy any from the branch and got out of there.
