DO NOT RECCOMEND “cheapest shuttle” for a reason. From the air port- shuttle has 0 leg room for anyone over 4 foot tall, sounded like it was gonna fall apart. But the driver was efficient, very prompt and fast. -to the airport- never got there. Shuttle never showed up after waiting for over an hour and a half, called and she said he just didn’t stop, then changed her mind stating that he wasn’t routed there. After giving her my confirmation she just said I don’t know. Not her fault but would not recommend. MISSED MY FLIGHT

My drivers name was Dana and he was an absolute delight! Even at 5:40 AM he was cheerful, helpful, just wonderful. We got to the airport in plenty of time even with traffic. A+ service!

No shuttle at the Seattle airport for 2 hours after my flight, what a joke! when I called the “dispatch” didn’t answer for over 25 mins than goes oh you just missed the shuttle so I had to wait another hour for another shuttle. I would save your money and avoid this shuttle company at all costs

If you have ANY other way to travel to and from the airport use it. This is a very unprofessional company and I feel sorry for the employees. Do NOT trust the website, you MUST call and talk to someone. Do not get stranded, make sure you talk to a real person. Our poor driver was exhausted and appeared to be in extreme physical pain which made me put aside his extreme rudeness. Terrible experience, again. Will never use this company again. *Update the driver ran off the road twice and honked at cars, I am praying we arrive safely.

Operator Liz was so helpful, I’ve had good customer service before, she went way over above and beyond. She seemed to be very busy dispatching and communicating with her drivers, yet she didn’t shy away from helping me. THANK YOU LIZ!!

I've been using the Kitsap Airporter almost every time I fly out of Sea-Tac. Price is good value, they are punctual, professional, and prompt. Usually I am on the bigger transporter, but this time it was a 10 passenger van with space for 6 guests as the middle seat of each row was eliminated and we didn't have anyone in the front passenger seat. They now take card payments on the van with a tablet and using clover point of sale software. The only thing I have to suggest is the option of putting tips on the payment system as the driver did not know how to do that. They do earn tips for excellent service! I rode this time for safety of my family after a multi state trip and wanting to get home without the possibility of contaminating our POV before I could get home and sanitize. I feel comfortable with the level of precautions that Kitsap Airporter has put in place. Thank you.

Great way to get to and from the airport. The drivers are always very courteous and helpful. The driver today helped a visual impaired man get on the bus and pay. Àt the man's destination, the driver made sure he could wait inside the gas station so he'd be safe until his ride arrived. That's going above and beyond the call of duty. The shuttle is perfect because you don't have to fight traffic, you just sit back and enjoy the ride. My family and I have used this service frequently.

Easy to book and was there on time to pick my mom up. Took her bag and made the experience nice for her. For the price of one way, I couldnt have driven there and back for that price!

For being a small company it was probably the most organized carriers I ever drove for. Any complaint I had was more the career field itself not the company. I always felt like dispatch had my back and even though I was alone out there I could always call on somebody. I miss my layovers where I could use the bathroom and drink coffee. Not every company gives you that opportunity. Working after hours was always fun.

Pulled over for 30 minutes to collect payments from everyone. PAINFULLY SLOW, stuffy, hot, horrible. You guys haven't figured out how to do payments in a semi efficient way yet? Good lord. I have somewhere to be
