very friendly staff n very knowledgable. Only thing was waited 3 to 4 weeks to get my little guys braces done, and the day before our appointment we got a call telling us his braces were given to another patient. By the time they got reordered n fitted to him it was almost 2 weeks later!! My suggestion pay attention to names so this dont happen to another client.
Hanger Clinic Silverdale, WA has provided me with first rate care and service recently when I needed a replacement ankle-foot orthotic and have assisted me for the last 10 years. This excellent service applies to the assistants in the front of the office as well as their orthotists. Also, my brother needed a new orthotist in Waterbury, CT and he selected Hanger. The progress he was able to make in 3 months with a complicated prosthetic for his above-the-knee amputation, far exceeded the progress made in about 2 years of assistance from another prosthetist. He and I could not be more pleased by the care or the results.
Very friendly staff. Very professional. I recommend this company and this clinic. My daughter used them 2 times and I used them. We always had good results.
Couldn't ask for a friendlier group of people. I really appreciate their helping hand when I needed it. Their attention to detail is second to none.
