I was there at 0830 and out by 0915. The front desk ladies were very friendly and quick. My nurse was great. She went over all my information and they had a solution within 30 minutes. The doctor came in and checked on my medication allergies and let me know what was going on. The nurse came back and sent me on my way. All were very professional and helpful. Seamless visit. Thank you.
Terrible facility. Had a 2 hour wait my first trip, which was not too bad, and the doctor was efficient, but it took a couple days to get my prescription. That is unacceptable when waiting for antibiotics to treat an open wound. After I saw the nurse and was waiting for the doctor, I did hear the nurses talking about how they didn't know which room I was in though. That should have been a flag. I was requested by the doctor to come back on a specific day for a follow up, and when i arrived was told it would be a 3-4 hour wait, even though their staff requested I return that day and the facility had only been open about an hour. Still no meds by the way. By 11 they were already booked out for the day and turning patients away. Inefficient and unorganized operation, to say the least. Zero stars.
This clinic gives Harrison a bad reputation. The only reason I have come back here is for the hope that my next visit will be better, and the convenience. I have thought, well that was just a bad day at the clinic, but no, every time I come it’s a bad experience, rude staff, never answer their phone, terrible bedside manner, and the providers rush you through your visit even after a long wait. One time, I was told that I probably had kidney stones after only doing a UA, no blood work completed, no imaging done, the Nurse Clinic Manager handed me my discharge paperwork and a device to strain my urine with no bag to put it in and told me where the exit was. Today, waited in a room for over an hour to see the provider, the Nurse Practitioner walked in while I had my back to the door blowing my nose, nearly plowed me over, said she needed to get around me to the sink. Couldn’t have waited 2 seconds for me to throw away my tissue? Then rushed me through the visit. I am fed up with this place. Find another clinic, even if it’s out of your way.
I would give a -5 stars. I arrived at the office by 7:05pm there were no cars in the parking lot & they close at 7:30. I was told by a nurse that the provider would not see me it was too late and to come back in the morning. They are supposed to be open until 7:30pm. The nurse advised me that it was up to the provider wether they wanted to see patients or not. I was also told by someone supposed to be checking me in that they already had their computers off. A lady came in right after me with her finger almost cut all the way off and she was unable to be seen as well. This place has the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. I cannot believe a medical facility can operate like this. They make their own hours on the fly? Pathetic.
The doctors, nurses and staff are all very polite, professional and accomodating. The waiting time was shorter than expected and Dr. Havers quickly and accurately diagnosed my daughter, wrote a prescription and released her. The nurse gave her ibuprofen and popsicles while we waited and the front desk gave her a warm blanket to keep her warm. It's always stressful when you need to visit urgent care but everyone that we interacted with was outgoing and friendly.
The worst medical visit I've ever had. Bad abdominal cramps, gas; waited for 1 hour to go in, ok, it's urgent care. Nurse came and got specifics. One hour later, Heather, whoever she is, came in and told me they don't deal with abdominal pain, have to go to emergency room for that. Why didn't they tell me that to begin with!!! I will not go there ever again.
Horrible. Went there and several people were in the rooms after being seen and made to wait over and hour each. Heard several people being forced to come out and ask how much time was left. I was made to wait for a strep test for 2 hours. All while laughing and eating cake in the break room.
You guys gave me someone else's discharge paperwork. You should do better and make sure your aren't giving out someone else's health info. Also how you gonna say my kid has a viral infection and she is contagious but I can send her to school if I wanted to. That is crazy to me, if someone is contagious why would you say it was ok to send her back to school. Do better.
I was belittled by a nurse and told I was fine when I clearly wasn't. I was ignored when I asked questions, and I waited for over an hour only to find out they didn't put me on the checklist at all. The quality of care here I would rate as 1/10
I would not recommend this urgent care. The nursing staff does not present with ability to care for anything but very minor problems. If all you need is a band-aid you are probably safe however they are definitely lacking professionalism and knowledge here. Skip this urgent care and go straight to an ER such as Multicare, you will be glad you did.
