Kintec: Footwear + Orthotics

From the minute I entered the store I received the best service from Chelsea. She quickly found me a couple of options as well as some insoles that would offer me more adequate support. I came back the next day to a busy shop and only waited a few minutes to be served. I chose the COLUMBIA MONTRAIL. I LOVE my shoes. Chelsea set me up with those great insoles and my feet are so happy now. Great service. Nice clean store. Satisfied customer.

I am very particular on where I buy runners in that for one I will not go to Sport check and get helped by some 12 year old trying to sell you the latest and greatest for a nice commission, not having a clue what is the best fit for ones feet. At Kintec, the staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help you. I was also impressed with how Chelsea told me to try last years model as it's cheaper for pretty much the same shoe. I have been to some of the best running stores and never has a sales person done that (I do know about that and always forget to ask but still). Anyways, I will be back!

Great staff, very accommodating. Professional assessment; quick, easy as no need for bulky foot molds to get orthotics fitted. They do it all using technology so visits are no fuss.

I was given a very thorough examination and was surprised to learn that I needed a larger sized shoe. I was able to get my new orthotics earlier than expected which I liked especially considering the pain I was experiencing and the fact that I was going on vacation within a few days. The staff are very personable as well as knowledgeable. I was also able to find a good fashionable pair of running shoes from their in store supply. I plan to return to Kintec for all my future orthotic needs. I would heartily recommend Kintec in Chilliwack.

The employees inChilliwack are so helpful and friendly. Chelsea took excellent care of ordering me a second pair of orthotics and adjusted my first pair for better arch support. She also added material to runners I purchased several months earlier the to ensure a more comfortable fit. Wonderful job!!!
