Oh's Western Shoes & Repair

If I could rate this a zero, I absolutely would. I called on a Wednesday to see if there were any problems in the repair of my shoes, or if there was a chance they would be done early, as opposed to Friday when they needed to be picked up. There was trouble communicating on the first call, which is understandable. However, I received a call later in the day, where the owner told me that since I "rushed" him, he wasn't going to do the shoes at all. He told me he has no time for customers that don't "trust him", when he made me pay upfront before the job for the shoes was even done. He was completely rude and did not handle my business at all. He refused to complete the job I had already PAID FOR. This is a very poorly run business. I do not recommend at all.

Very good repair of my purse. I will go back. The cost was reasonable.

Great repair great boots. Hard to get a deal but it's possible. Not very friendly staff.

The Lady that works there treats me very badly and I won't go there if she is working, and the boot guy is is good for minor repairs but does not take on complicated jobs and I had to go to an abbotsford company instead because I was told that repairing my soles were not worth it although the abbotsford place did the repair without any questions. The store has some good stuff though.

Customer service was terrible, the owners were rude and snappy. They didn't even fix my shoe properly and demanded way to much money for something she didn't even do right. I'm never going there again
